Thank you for your continued pragmatic review and synthesis.
Apologies if my question is too meta, but I have been looking for a framework to help business owners (and L&D experts) better navigate the future of what work looks like - specifically knowledge work.
When I try to predict the impact of AI Agents, and Tools like Claudes Computer Use, it kind of breaks my brain. The theoretical shelf-life of training projects that have learning objectives related to Software Proficiency I think should already be considered.
Said another way: What do you predict are going to be the knowledge worker behaviors that will still matter in five years? (and therefore worth businesses investing in training to cultivate it)
